SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING 

  • All orders are shipped from South Australia.
  • Adelaide Metro orders can be picked up from Adelaide, South Australia - to arrange local pickup select this at checkout or please contact us at hello@basilandbailey.com.
  • All regular orders (furniture, homewares and jewellery) these will be shipped within 1-2 days.
  • All print orders are custom made and require one week to be printed and framed and another week to be posted.
  • Expected shipping time for prints is two weeks however this is a rough guideline and there may be delays during busy periods or if there is a shortage of raw materials.
  • Signature is required on delivery for all orders unless otherwise requested.

RETURNS

  • If you change your mind about your purchase, Basil & Bailey will offer a refund, excluding the shipping costs that Basil & Bailey has already incurred.

    All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your piece. To organise a return, please email our customer care team at hello@basilandbailey.com to obtain a return authorisation number. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed once received. Basil & Bailey will not accept any pieces when:

    • A piece is not returned in its original condition: has been damaged, worn, scratched, damaged or is not in its original packaging
    • If the piece is earrings, due to health and sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings
    • If the item is returned outside of the time frame stated above which is 14 days from purchase
    • Strictly no cancellation of orders that are pre-ordered
    • No refunds on sale products
    • Please note that all prints are custom made to order and therefore we do not carry any stock for online orders.
    • Due to the custom nature of the orders we do not offer any returns or exchanges on artworks that have been made to order as each individual artwork as been customised as per your specifications.

 

FAULTS OR DISCREPANCIES


Please check over your order upon arrival and in the unlikely event you receive an item with a defect, please email us at hello@basilandbailey.com including a photo and brief description, within 7 days of delivery. Please note that products that are damaged as a result of incorrect use are not considered to be faulty.

If you have received an item different than what you ordered, please contact us as soon as you receive your order.
